Everything You Need To Know
Pennsylvania establishments who wish to apply for a truck stop gaming license, must meet specific qualifications. These qualifications are related to the sale of diesel fuel and space/acreage of your establishment. If you sell diesel fuel, we recommend investigating if your truck stop could be eligible.
A cost share of revenue will be mandated by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board between the truck stop gaming establishment, the Terminal Operator/Gaming Provider, and the Commonwealth.
